Our Services
We provide job shop manufacturing services for small to medium sized pieces.Our capabilities include CNC milling, CNC turning, surface grinding and cylindrical grinding. To learn more, click on the orange buttons.We manufacture components out of a wide variety of materials, including stainless steel, engineering plastics, titanium, aluminum alloys, and more.Our services also include reverse engineering of existing components and production of technical drawings. This is especially useful for Maintenance and Repair Operations (MRO).Additionally, we provide CAD/CAM services to clients as needed to support their projects.Many of our clients are in the food and beverage industry, so we prioritize cleanliness, non-toxic metalworking fluids, and offer ultrasonic cleaning of completed parts.

CNC milling of small and medium components.Our largest mill has an envelope of 40" x 20" x 20".
CNC turning of small components and manual turning of small and medium components.Our largest CNC lathe can turn a 6" diameter, and our largest manual lathe can turn a 16" diameter.
Surface grinding of small and medium components.Our surface grinder has an envelope of 18" x 6".
Cylindrical grinding of small and medium components.Our grinding envelope is 22" x ⌀ 10".
